FOR PODCAST HOSTS

Stop opening your inbox
to a hundred cold pitches
a week.

Claim your show. Set what you want. Pitches arrive scored for fit, in a console you open when you're ready — never your personal inbox.

S/01The inbox flood

You didn't start a podcast
to triage email.

But here we are. Every guest with a "perfect guest available" template, every PR firm running parallel sends, every founder who learned outreach from a thread. This is what arrives, every morning, before you've made coffee.

Most of it is the same five emails. The pitch you'd actually open is buried somewhere on page three.

S/02How it works for you

WirePitch sits
in front of the flood.

Four steps. Five minutes of setup. After that, you only see pitches that clear the bar you set — in a console you open when you're ready, not when someone else sends.

01claim_show()

Point us at your RSS feed.

We auto-verify via the <itunes:owner> email exposed in your public feed. If that matches your sign-in, you're verified instantly. If not, we review manually within 24 hours.

02set_preferences()

Tell us what you want.

Topics that fit your show. Guests you wish you'd hear more from. Demand signals — “first-time authors,” “AI infra founders.” The matcher learns what you'd actually open.

03route_to_you()

We score every guest.

Every incoming pitch is matched against your preferences. Topic overlap, audience, timing, past-guest patterns. Low-fit pitches get filtered before they reach you.

S/03What we commit to

Four promises.
In plain text.

These aren't marketing copy. They're product constraints. Each one is enforced in code — by the absence of infrastructure that could violate it, not by a policy page we wrote and could change.

01your_inbox()

We don't send email to hosts. Ever.

Every pitch lives in your WirePitch console — never your personal inbox. By design, we have no path to deliver mail to host addresses.

zero email to hostsno inbox connectorsconsole-only routing
02your_control()

You control every pitch.

Open, archive, or shortlist each one. Nothing auto-sends to you or from you. Drop routing entirely with one toggle when you're not looking for guests.

03your_wallet()

Hosts pay nothing. Ever.

The marketplace funds itself from the guest side. No fees, no tiers, no upsells. Cancel, pause, or leave any time and take your data with you.

04your_data()

Your data is yours.

We use your show's public RSS feed for verification and your preferences for matching. We don't sell, share, or repurpose any of it. One click deletes it.

The line we will defend forever

We don't touch the host's personal inbox.  Ever.

S/04Inside your console

This is your console.
Open it when you're ready.

A filtered queue, sorted by fit, with every score explained. Behind every row: the embeddings, the topic overlap, the timing signal that got it there. Accept, shortlist, archive — your call. Nothing leaves until you say so.

Ren's last 3 posts discuss inference economics — the exact frame you used in the NVIDIA deep-dive (episode 184). He's mid-Series A, which matches the "new launch" signal you flagged.
Pitch draft (his)
Ben — loved the NVIDIA margin unpack in 184. The cost-per-token frame is exactly what we're measuring at Parallax. Would love to come on and show the curve from the infra side...

S/05Common questions

Eight things worth knowing
before you claim.

If yours isn't here, email kristian@wirepitch.com. The founder reads everything that lands there.

Q/01

Do I have to pay anything?

No. WirePitch is always free for hosts. Guests fund the platform. We don't take a card on file from you, ever.

Q/02

How does the claim verification work?

You give us your show's public RSS feed URL. We check the <itunes:owner>email exposed in that feed against your sign-in email. If they match, you're verified instantly. If not, manual review — usually within 24 hours.

Q/03

Will my show appear in your catalog before I claim it?

Yes. The catalog is seeded from public podcast directories — we treat your show as a placeholder until you claim it. No pitches route to anyone until you opt in. Claiming flips it on; deleting takes it back out.

Q/04

What if I don't want any pitches right now?

One toggle in your console pauses all routing. Resume any time. Pausing doesn't delete your preferences — when you switch it back on, your filters are exactly where you left them.

Q/05

Can I reject categories or topics I don't want?

At the pitch level, yes — every incoming pitch surfaces for open / shortlist / archive, so anything that doesn't fit your show gets one click to send away. Preference-level filters that pre-reject whole categories aren't a control we ship today; the matcher's fit floor handles low-fit pitches before they reach you.

Q/06

What if a guest contacts me outside the platform?

That's on them. WirePitch only routes through our console. Anyone cold-emailing you separately isn't using us — and there's no setting in our product that could send mail to your personal address.

Q/07

Can I leave or delete my profile?

Yes, any time. One click removes your show and all associated data — preferences, routing history, the routed pitches themselves. We don't keep a copy.

Q/08

Who's behind this?

A small team building it deliberately. We use it ourselves. The founder is kristian@wirepitch.com — reach him directly with anything, including reasons not to claim.

S/06 · claim_show()

Claim your show.

Five minutes to set up. Free forever. No card required. We verify against the iTunes owner email in your public RSS feed — most claims verify the same day.
