What a run is, and what it isn't.
Draft pending legal review. This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be relied on as final until it has. If you have questions before then, use the contact address on our privacy policy.
01 What a run delivers
A run is a one-time, paid discovery job against the brief you submit. Depending on the tier you buy, delivery is a CSV of the prospect businesses found for your brief, up to the tier's included cap, with contact information where discoverable, and — at the higher tiers — a qualification score and rationale per row, and a written outreach pack. Delivery lands within the window stated on the pricing page at the time you buy; a person reviews every paid brief before it runs.
02 Estimates are ranges, not guarantees
The universe count and quote shown before you pay are estimates built from a live but capped probe of public sources. They are not a guarantee of the exact number of prospects, qualified leads, or usable contacts a run will return. If the delivered universe comes up smaller than the estimate suggested, or the quality of what we find doesn't hold up, we say so rather than pad the count — see our current handling below.
03 Your responsibility for how you use the data
The prospect list we deliver is built from publicly available information. Once delivered, you are responsible for how you use it — including complying with applicable law when you contact the businesses on it (for example email marketing law such as CAN-SPAM, and any platform terms that apply if you send LinkedIn or Instagram messages yourself using a pack we provide). We do not send LinkedIn or Instagram messages on your behalf, and we do not verify that any particular use of the data is lawful in your situation — that determination is yours to make, including with your own counsel if needed.
04 Payment and refunds
Runs are paid up front, before work begins. What follows is the whole policy — there is no separate schedule and nothing is at our discretion unless it says so.
The principle. We refund what we control. Whether we found your market, delivered it, applied the model you approved, and produced a usable file are our responsibility. How many businesses in your market happen to match your criteria is a fact about your market, not a defect in our work — and the sample exists so you can see that number before committing to anything larger.
Full refund
- Any time before your run starts. No reason needed, no questions.
- We fail to deliver. If we do not deliver within the stated window and have not agreed a new date with you.
- We delivered the wrong thing. The wrong market, the wrong geography, or a scoring model other than the one you approved.
- The file is unusable. Corrupt, malformed, or missing the columns we said it would carry.
- Fewer than half. If the delivered count comes in below half the low end of the range we quoted you.
- You were charged twice for the same brief. Refunded without you having to ask.
Pro-rata credit or refund, your choice
- Materially short. If the delivered count is more than 25% below the low end of the quoted range, you choose: a credit against future work, or money back for the shortfall.
- Cancelled mid-run. You pay for the stages completed; the rest is returned.
Not refundable, and why
- Few businesses qualified. The scoring model is shown to you, in full, before you pay — including what it cannot check. If your market turns out to hold fewer good prospects than you hoped, that is information you paid to obtain, and obtaining it cost us real work. This is exactly what the sample is for: a hundred scored businesses from your own market, at the lowest rate we offer, credited against anything you buy next.
- You disagree with individual scores. Every row shows which signals it hit and missed, so a score can be checked and argued with. Tell us and we will re-score at no charge — but a difference of opinion is not a failure to deliver.
- Outcomes from your outreach. We do not send on your behalf and cannot warrant replies, meetings or revenue.
How to claim
Reply to your delivery email within 14 days and say what went wrong. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically settle within five to ten business days. If we are at fault we will say so plainly rather than negotiate.
05 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonicPush LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a delivered run, including outcomes from outreach you or your team conduct using the data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a run is limited to the amount you paid for that run.
